Payment

We use Google Checkout to process payments. Google Checkout is owned and run by Google and allows a safe and secure way to pay using a credit/debit card or even your Google Checkout account (if you have one).

If it is your first time using Google Checkout a secure account will be created automatically where your details will be stored so you can pay even quicker next time you use it.

All major credit and debit cards are taken (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, Maestro)

• For all orders under £20, postage and packaging is charged at £1.99

• All orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail.

Once your payment has been received your order will be downloaded at our warehouse and packaged up. It will then be put out for dispatch by the Royal Mail and you will be notified of this by email (please check your junk mail folder if you do not appear to have received a dispatch email in your inbox).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, delivery is usually within 1 to 2 days after dispatch - however, please allow a maximum of 14 days for delivery by Royal Mail.

Large or high value items that will not fit through letter boxes or need to be signed for will be taken back to your nearest Post Office and a collection card will be left at your house if nobody is available to receive them. You can then take this card to the Post Office to pick up your item at a convenient time.

Shipping is only available to the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Returning Items

DentStore offers a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase for any unopened product ordered from DentStore. We reserve the right to charge a 20% return fee for any non-defective unopened products returned to DentStore. Customers will be responsible for return freight charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please understand that returned opened dental products are discarded and as such DentStore does not accept 'I dont like it' returns. Please be familiar with the item you are purchasing.

DentStore offers a 30 day exchange guarantee for all defective products purchased directly from DentStore, provided that the product is returned in its original box and includes all original packing material, original manuals, and any accessories that came with the item. Partial returns will not be accepted.

We cannot process any exchanges, refunds or provide warranties for any free or promotional items that may be shipped with your order.

Email Policy
